Replacement of Equipment

All of our maintenance agreements ensure that any defective equipment is covered! Of course this has to be through fair wear and tear… Please do note, however, that extension wiring is not covered.

Our Response Times

We’re proud to tell you that the average time to clear faults in 2015 was:
2 hours, 13 minutes for major faults
5 hours, 17 minutes for all faults

Stock Management
