OneBill Fraud Protection Opt-Out

From 1st July 2017, all telephone lines within the Dataphone Customer Network will be automatically registered with the OneBill Fraud Protection Service.

OneBill Fraud Protection will be charged monthly at £1.00 per analogue line (£1.50 per ISDN channel or SIP trunk).

Customers wishing to opt out of the service must do so in writing. Please be advised that unsubscribing will leave you liable for the full cost of any fraudulent activity on your system or lines.
