Many of our Customers come back to Dataphone year after year for their telephone systems. Our Account Managers work closely with your organisation to make sure projects run smoothly and within budget. Telephony is changing fast and finding your ideal solution isn’t easy. With the right choice, there is great potential to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Our Senior Account Manager, Karen has been with Dataphone for over 20 years. Not only do our Customers stay with Dataphone for many years, our Staff and Suppliers do too! Over half or our staff have been with Dataphone for over 10 years, and we have partnered with the same suppliers for over 25 years. We have a first class credit rating.

We monitor closely how smoothly your project is being run and regularly carry out our own internal quality control. In 2015, with 100 Customers surveyed, every customer was happy with their new system and the installation process.
